Man of the Match for a change...outstanding tonight. Good job he wasn't rested...

This

Superb performance.

Player of the season even when Tammy scores a hat trick in the play off final to beat Leeds😀

Some player isn’t he. We missed Whelan today

I'm going to walk his dog and mow his lawn. He shouldn't move a muscle his week.

If Super Jack is worth what, 35 to 50 mill?  What must SJM be worth?  What an amazing player.

McGinn wqas excellent again tonight, and has been brilliant in the run of victories but a big part of it is the partnership with Grealish, the latter just makes gaps and McGinn has the drive, stamina and awareness to use them. Both very good players individually but together they're far too good for this league, get the balance of the midfield around them right and they're easily good enough to take us into the top half of the premier league.

Player of the Season. (Unless you're 12 years old).

I feel somewhat guilty at having to split my man love between John and Jack.

Same, I just left a nice post in the Grealish thread. I love John too 💜

Another booking today, so now only two cards away from a three match ban.  I think Smith is going to have to play this very carefully.

I'd consider resting him for Bolton, play him in the Millwall game a few days later and then see where we stand and if he gets booked. Has the benefit of lowering the chances of a ban and gives him a rest as we play twice in a few days.

Makes sense PWS...although I'd be inclined to play him in both the Bolton and Millwall games to make sure we pick up 6pts. He can come off at Bolton once we're 3-0 up! :D

Thing with that is if he gets booked against Bolton it leaves us no wiggle room if we don't win. Any game he plays after that could see him out of x playoff games.
