His work rate is prodigious.  Best engine in a Villa player since George Boateng.

and you and I will also remember Bremner and Carrodus who had similar engines

Just needs to stop the yellow cards count.  We can't afford to be without him.

Yes I assumed XXVilla means more of his type however a team full of 10 McGinn type would not be very good.

He means players called McGinn that are as good as John McGinn.  Could be a challenge for the scouts.

I fucking love him.

I love the busy way he runs, he looks like he's got an invisible shopping bag over each arm, the way he scurries around.

He's an absolute quality player.

One day the commentary will be

McGinn puts in a  glorious cross from the left and McGinn was there at the far post to head it in.

We all dream of a team of John McGinns, a team of John McGinns, a team of John Mcginns.

As an aside, when I phoned up to cancel my Beer52 subscription, when the bloke asked what my email address was when I got to the "AVFC" bit he pretty much shouted down the phone "Super John McGinn!", they're based in Edinburgh so the next 10 mins was spent talking about him and how he's doing. They still love him up there, well the Hibs half do.
