I think a midfield with Hourihane in will always struggle to boss a match. He doesn't have the bite, drive or energy to get a proper grip on a game, in my opinion. But he's proved already this season that he can change matches coming off the bench; when there's a bit more space on the pitch and he can get a bit of time on the ball, he can be very useful. It's got to be McGinn, Jack and one of Jedinak, Whelan or Bjanasson, which we can rotate depending on who we're playing. With two wingers (Bolasie and El Ghazi) playing off Tammy up front. We then have Kodjia and Hourihane to come off the bench to change things around. Of course, we'd never need them, as that front six should smash every team in this league.
Feels like he was bought to replace Grealish so having them in the same team feels like a stretch

Pep found that hard with Xavi and Iniesta,Silva and deBruyne.Poch has difficulties with Alli and Ericksen.Where would he have played Grealish ?Give Jack a freer role,he is outstanding at finding space and beating players. The closer to the opponents's box he is,the more dangerous he becomes.McGinn seems to possess all round talents, kudos to Bruce for getting him,and could feature in any midfield position.
