Elphick might have the worst ball control of any centre-half I've ever seen wearing the claret and blue.

I’ll see your Elphick and raise you a Cuellar. The most technically un-Spanish Spanish footballer ever.

Luna was even less talented, I reckon. Remember that thing where he used to put his hands behind his back all the time?

That goal at Arsenal was good, mind.

How is it during an era of glorious Spanish football, that we ended up with three useless Spanish footballers?

Same as last season really the opposition are piss poor.

Instead of taking advantage we manage to dumb down to make them look half decent.

Looking at the half time stats. We've had 3 shots on target apparently. If it weren't for the goal I'd not have said we'd managed a single one!

Whelan gets pelters on here but at least he tries and gets on the ball even if he’s a bit  shit. Where the feck has Hourihane been and what has he done?

We could teach teams a thing or two about giving the ball away, finding the only empty bit of the area with our crosses and including bad players out of hope and desperation.

Chester is so shaky on the left with mad Tom next to him, Taylor is just Taylor, ditto Whelan and Kodjia a pale shadow of before. So slow in the build up too.

Kodjia looks very sluggish.

Lazy.  Greedy.  Slow in movement and  thought.  Lacking any kind of team ethic.  A diver and a bit of a coward.
