With the imminent arrival of the Government’s independent football regulator, it is more important than ever that the Premier League can present itself to the regulator with a united front. In our view, this will be far more easily achieved if the APT vote is held in February and supported unanimously by all clubs.”

The concept of equity / fairness plays a huge part in the Laws of England and Wales. The Rules of the Pl are simply that, the Rules of the PL, Citeh are now testing those rules and specifically the application of those rules in relation to the Law. There are precedents that Citeh are trying to expose in order to suggest that the PL has not been consistent in the application of its Rules.
I am sure one of our Legal bods can add, amend or explain further.

Yeah a realistic possibility- but i could see huge interest in us from some seriously wealthy people if they decided to sell.
