Hanger Lane is basically the North Circular. I’d suggest parking up in somewhere like Harrow and then getting the tube.

My Dad has done that before and plans to on Saturday.

I am not going by car this time but the last two or three times have driven to harrow on the hill.

There's a very cheap public car park there, loads of pubs and it's ten minutes to the stadium on the tube.

I remember drinking in Uxbridge before and after the Bolton semi final at Wembley. Am I right in saying there is a pub called The Greyhound near Wembley that has a nice spot near the river? I have vague memories of drinking there before visits to Wembley for both football games and music gigs.

I’m pretty sure the Greyhound has now closed down.

Where are the best places to park if driving into Wembley. Hanger Lane has been mentioned to me but not sure exactly where

I wouldn't go that far in.

Uxbridge (Intu Centre) / Hillingdon (Tube Station) if coming from the west or Stanmore if coming from a more northerly direction.

I've parked in North Thames Commercials on Great Central Way all the times I've been to Wembley before but just found out they've moved!
Parking ten minutes walk away on someone's drive, seems like it's pretty good, with good reviews, if it helps anyone.

I asked a young person at work to find me some train times as each time is used train line or Chiltern direct was getting lots of differing rising prices.

They told me to use a site called Trainsplit as it find best deals

Now have direct train - no reserve seating

Moor st - 09.15 - arrive Marylebone  11.11

Rtn

Marylebone 22.10 - 00.04

£31.50

Not bad at all

I'm on your train back. Apologies in advance for my drunkenness.

I expect you to find me, ruffle my hair and say I am your best mate :)

Don't forget to put him in a headlock as you're ruffling his hair.

Managed to get an off peak family travel card (return) for me and 12 year old lad from Rowley Regis to Wembley Stadium, swapping at Banbury £25 for the two of us. Bargain.

We were at Jack Grealish's uncle's place, Black Lion in Kilburn for the semi and final. Big old place plenty of room out on the pavement.

Did Ciaran Clark’s uncle sell it to Grealish’s uncle since we last went in then?

They only run it. Gareth Farrelly is the owner.
