That performance surpasses anything we saw in the 1974-75 season.

Even second half v Albion & Manchester United?

Sunderland in 75 won’t be beaten as good as tonight was

We've developed a ruthless efficiency this season.  Long may it continue.

Wolves have a lot of quality (some of their options from the bench were ridiculous).  But there is a vulnerability there that ourselves and Fulham have exposed. And hopefully a few other sides can exploit it between now and the end of the season.

The best game i've watched since Villa 2 v Man Utd 2 under Houllier.

Villa tore into Utd.

Albrighton tore into Evra.

Bannan and Hogg bossed the midfield.

If i could celebrate, i'd celebrate like James Chester.

Arms out, shaking. living. loving !!!

That gap is getting narrower! I assume I will stop smiling at some point, but what a performance. Well done, Bruce, all the team and all the fans for building a rocking atmosphere. It’s going to be a great few weeks now we are there or thereabouts and the daffodils and tulips are up!

Our reserves beat them 6-1. The first team only managed 4. Bruce out!

Fantastic result. Great goals. Well done all involved.

No complacency, for the QPR game.

I understand the statement, given the importance of the result to us. I don’t think we had such a game in that season where a draw or loss would have done us so much damage.

Wonderful result to wake up to.

Had some great mates (even if one is a Liverpool fan) visiting Tokyo for the first time. Far too much sake, and far too much amusement from watching the Liverpool fan almost cry during the Man Utd match.

The sake took its toll however, and I fell asleep when our game was at 1-1. Waking up to a 4-1 win against Wolves has immediately made my day. Had countless messages from my dad absolutely raving about Grealish. How good was he second half? Is my dearest dad exaggerating?

I'm going to watch a full re-run of the game now!

Villa and Cardiff for promotion, Fulham to win the play offs.

He has been excellent.
So much about him that reminds me of Collymore in his pomp.
