Villa 3-0

I like their owner. He's right, "Hull City" is a massively unoriginal and boring name. "Hull Tigers" is much better.

Anyway, 0-0.

I feel the same about us sharing our name with Pelsall. Boring.  I'd much prefer we changed to the B6 Bullets.

My son's fifth birthday. 1-0 to the team he's aware of, wears kits of, but cares little for.

For 33 years I've been saying that as dishwater instead of ditchwater. If only I'd of known.

I am off on holiday on Friday. Therefore miss the game and doubtless a resounding victory.

I'm at the athletics watching Usain Bolt in the 100m so expecting to miss a classic win - hoping he doesn't false start himself out in the early rounds !

Our name is superb. "Hull City" is atrocious. Not sure what there is to gain by pretending otherwise?

It really is. The owner is right here. Changing the name to something less naff would have helped them. Also I note the fact they dont want to be called "The Tigers" doesnt stop them doing this shite.
