So, get a better one then. Not one who is completely unproven... just because he's a big name.

Agreed
If we’re so incredibly rich now why go for Henry?
Their cash I suppose.

It's on....

That's a pretty big shift from your "Bruce is going nowhere", "we can't afford £7 million to sack him" and "no intent to sack Bruce" claims.

Are our owners completely indecisive? Or maybe they found £7 million down the back of the sofa? Or perhaps some ITKs aren't actually ITK at all.

That's harsh, Chelts has been pretty on the money all through this to be fair.

Henry during first post match interview.

‘c'est le championnat’
Hope it's not "Nous y retournons" **

Or maybe his ITK is just that, and someone has informed him of a change of thinking by the new owners after being informed just how poor Steve Bruce has performed given the remit he had and failed to bring it to fruition with the best squad in Championship history.  Don't shoot the messenger.

So is Henry the manager now or what? Had a text from my Fulham mate earlier. I thought he would be saying about cockney rejects gig in Brisbane - then he says TH new manager! Dunno what to believe!

FFP suddenly doesn't seem to be a factor.

Oh please.

You aren't seriously suggesting that these meek, timid naive billionaires have had a change of heart having slept on it over the weekend?  They know exactly what they are doing and what they want.  If Bruce was staying or if he was going, it would have been decided way before any of us had heard about the 2 new guys coming on board.

Peut-être que oui, peut-être que non, je ne le sais pas encore.

Strange that, isn't it? Perhaps Grealish & Chester will stay after all.  :D

Surprised new owners haven't tapped up Rafa Benitez (big name manager with Championship promotion experience & pissed off with Mike Ashley).

I’d take a chance with the unknown Henry rather than the known Bruce given the choice
