Any white man who braids his hair should have a word with himself.

I'm irrationally sceptical of an English person with the first name 'Henri.'

Its 2017, the year of the social justice warrior. Any white man can go into whatever bathroom he wants, do whatever he wants to his hair and marry goats.

guess Lanbury is a proven performer at our level, never been overly impressed with him or his braids...

Heard tonight that the £3m has been rejected. Don't know if we will go higher

Hourihane looks the better of the 2, but the truth is we could do with both in front of Jedinak. If we want to go up, be it this season or next, sorting out the midfield is the most important thing. We need someone who can take a free kick and corner, 2 players with the legs to create and support the forwards and 2 midfielders that will chip in with goals. Lansbury and Hourihane are ideal. We should go and get them early on so we have them for the games to come.

Agreed Jim. Both soon to be out of contract too. I wonder if Phelan being sacked at Hull might lead to a player exodus as they ready for the Championship. Snodgrass would be great!

I think most sides from 8th down would take Snodgrass in the Premier league. Quality player.

SSN reckons we're preparing a bid for Lansbury.

She's in her 90s surely?

I can't stand "Murder, She Wrote", either, so if we did sign her it would be a new low to which this once great club had sunk.
If we do sign Lansbury everyone had better watch out as there will be dead bodies everywhere round villa park

We have a tendency to ignore the warnings/thoughts of other fans of clubs whose players or managers we are set to sign and from what I've read Forest fans aren't particularly fond of Lansbury, a good portion think him very average. With that in mind he must be 10 times the player Westwank is, so let's get him in.

From what I've seen of Hourihane I'd take him, not interested in Lansbury, he's a knob and he's really not very good.  Exactly the sort of bad signing that's "better than what we've got" that's turned out badly repeatedly for the last 6-7 years.  He gives off the same warning signals as Ireland, Nzog and RM all did for me.  I'm hoping the last of those proves to be an exception but I'm not all that optimistic right now, I certainly don't want another one of them.

For a second one, if we're looking in the championship I like the look of the Aussie guy for Burton, big guy, gets into the box, and can finish with his head and feet.  Can't remember his name though.  He's not the sort of playerI'd normally go for in midfield but I'm fedd up of us not scoring from midfield and not getting people into the box so he'll do the job whilst we're stuck down here and then we can see what happens once we're back up.

Aside from that I've seen a link on facebook suggesting we're interested in Chery from QPR, he's another one I'm not sure about, seems a bit of a show pony.

At right back I'd happily take Jenkinson on loan if he's available, he's a massive upgrade on Hutton.
