I'm less positive. The second half against Luton reminded me of England v Iceland. The mentality looked so awful, I can just imagine another collapse against a team with nothing to lose

Though I imagine Chester and elphick will do a lot more than Richards and okore for getting everyone into shape

Setting off in a hour, it's a long old trip but hopefully it'll be worth it. UTV!

Ditto Deano.  Allow plenty of time.  I think they have discovered dinosaur remains under the Aston Expressway. Drive safely.

Train all the way up to Victoria, tube to Euston, Euston- Brum New St then the good ol' football express. Home via Marylebone, cos I booked tickets online I have to do specific trains there and back so I wont be home til about eleven. Serves me right for not learning how to drive.

I know RDM likes his 4231 or 442. But until we've got really dependable defensive midfielders in there, there seems a very good case for playing 3 in midfield

Gollini - bacuna elphick Chester Amavi - tshibola Westwood bennett -  grealish - ayew McCormack

Subs: bunn baker Gardner green gestede RHM

I'm not really convincing myself with that lineup but then I can't think of one that does . .

If you have the time, pop your head into the Bartons Arms.

I shall be popping all of me into the Barton's with all of my younger son, but perhaps you mean Deano, Stuart.

Now Villa...call me impatient if you want but is there any chance of a fucking win today. I was at the last win in a competitive match and I vaguely remember that being early February. Since then there have been 68 million births in the world and 28 million deaths. The country has voted and decided to leave the EEC. England went to the euro,s and came back as per usual , early and with fuck all. So as you can see lots of things have happened in the world see you last decided to win a game. I'm fairly sure that supporter of ours, prince William, would like us to win a game before his grand parents and father depart this earth.........so no pressure Villa..!!!!

Exeter to home took five hours late last Friday night. Happy driving.

The Worcester roadworks are a nightmare. We got stuck in them last Sunday.
