He was awful at times, especially the first season, just because he's leaving doesn't change that. He seems a good pro and person and I wish him all the best, not going to pretend those dog awful performances didn't happen though.

His recall from loan is one reason we are back in the Premier League, he was a competent centre half and a leader when we needed it. Plus, he stood with the fans when we beat Birmingham.
