He has hardly been given a chance under a Bruce, he was a big part of Bournemouth promotion team.
He is certainly no worse than Jedi at centre half.
He is not one of Bruces bum chums though.

He’s had his chances at Villa but he’s been hopeless since day one. No wonder Bournemouth got rid as soon as they went up.

They didn't. He got a major injury that meant he missed almost the entire season which meant they had no choice but to replace him before selling him the following summer because they couldn't guarantee him getting his place back.  That's very different from deciding someone just isn't good enough.  That said I don't like us signing players who're coming back from major injuries, it can take a long time for them to properly recover, especially if you can't afford to give them a long run of games.

Well he certainly hasn’t been good enough for us. Too many mistakes in him.

A manager walks into a club and identifies player's he's not keen on. It's not the first time it's happened and it won't be the last.

Come on guys, we all know he is just not good enough for Aston Villa so bite the bullet and if Makoudi doesn't come off I would rather see Bree be given a chance although we also all know Bruce is grooming Jedi anyway

He didn’t help himself with all that headbutting the post nonsense when he first arrived, just drew attention to himself and the fact that he was shite.

He still does that, did it at Burton on Tuesday prior to KO.

Stupid, stupid, stupid, stupid.

Our lack of centre-halves will be our undoing this season, and I refuse to believe that Steve Bruce can't see that. What on earth is he doing?
