He does it every game and did it New Years Day too.

Did he?
I didn't notice (too excited by the fireworks).

I wish he would stop all that pre-game goal post bull shit

The other thing that Tom does pre-game is kick the ball about with a coach rather than another player. Normally at the end of this, just before running into the tunnel, he hoofs the ball towards a corner flag well away from the coach.

However, before the Brizzle game, as Tom was waiting to receive the ball back from the coach before what was likely to be his customary hoof, instead of passing the ball to Tom the coach hoofed the ball to the corner of the ground himself :)

I hope we keep Tommy. Be daft not to with nearly half a season of games to play and an unlucky series mid injuries to key players all season.

I saw that too!  Not sure the coach did that deliberately though.  From his earlier efforts it looked lime his range of passing was, shall we say, limited.

Looks like Bruce might sell Elphick this month according to the B'ham Mail. If so, a stupid decision. You can't rely on Samba with his injury record. Elphick has been excellent in the last few games.

That would be an appalling decision.

I’d go along with selling him, we need to move a few on and he’s one of the few that isn’t an automatic choice who has a value.

Other than the likes of Richards and Gabby (although we might need him for one last party piece in Feb), I wouldn't be letting anyone go just yet. There's still a lot of games to be played.

If anyone still thinks samba is a good enough fill in well. Good to keep him as cover no real option, unless Hutton can play in the centre

Agreed, surely recent events have shown that we need adequate cover.

Can only think his recent games have got other clubs ringing up making inquiries (which clearly didn't happen in the summer) and he'd be a decent 3m to put in towards heading off FFP restrictions.

We would surely get in a CB on loan from the premier league.

I agree just waiting for Samba to get fit would be a bit of a heads gone.

Elphick should stay as it is a long season and he should be next in after Chester and Terry, why he didn't play today is staggering to me. Samba is no way the same player, 4th choice yes but nothing more. As for a centre back coming in on loan, why would a premiership team loan us a player to sit on the bench?

Tiny Penis wants Tommy apparently. I wouldn't want to strengthen a rival unless they massively overpay.

Pretty much confirmed he's off to Reading. Shame we never saw the best of you but best of luck in the future Tommy.
