April looks ridiculously full. In the unlikely event we have a good FA Cup run I'm not sure how we would get all the games in.

It won't matter we will be promoted by then (fingers crossed).

Looking at the dross we're playing at home in the first few games, the reality has dawned that we're in  the Mickey Mouse leagues.

Will you still be saying that if most them beat us?

Think we should just be worrying about competing in the league and see anything else as a bonuis.

Well I'm sure Carling cup night there was full a few years back...

Quite surprised and happy we've only got 3 midweek home games (although suppose a couple could be moved later on in season for cup runs).

Think it's Huddersfield, Barnsley and Brentford so probably 3 of our lowest crowds if we'd played them on a Saturday.

Would imagine they'd be some creative ticket deals for those games.

Also looking at it month by month - the amount of games! It's ridiculous.

It's because the Championship has more teams, but still has the international breaks as well.

Our aim should be to go up in the top two. Anything else is unacceptable.

Beating the likes of Rotherham, Huddersfield, Forrest and Brentford at home should be a necessity.

Well that's brought me down to earth with a bump - Rotherham and Huddersfield the first two home games, and Burton Albion on Boxing Day. No longer any prospect of appearing in gossip columns, starting to wonder about whether there'll be live streams for away games, and the prospect of watching highlights on that dreadful C5 programme doesn't bear thinking about.

Not good enough. We need to average 2 points a game to guarantee automatic promotion.

True but finishing second in 88 always irked me as we should have walked it. I want top spot.
