So it seems the last protest of the season is the release of 2000 balloons and 74 beach balls on the 74th minute. Just read on Twitter a lot of fans are planning on taking their own beach balls, inflatables etc and going out with a big party.

A beach ball, Gestede might be able to control one of those.

i wouldnt bank on it he's still struggling with the skip full of cement

balloons and beach balls ? I think throwing dildos on the pitch would be more representative of the shafting we've received from the club and the players...imagine the scene when the stewards are trying to clear up the pitch and one of them mistakes Bacuna for a dildo...hilarious.

Nobody would notice extra dildos on the pitch...

Why whenever you go on twitter do you get a Villa tweet which is followed about 5 comments down by some snarling Geordie and if its not that there are Polls everyday asking Who is the biggest club Villa or Newcastle, the one on there today has reached over 4k votes! Villa baiting has become more popular than pokemon go up there. They've become more bitterly obsessed than the Albion these days.

I'm quite new to Twitter so don't really get it yet, but its something I've noticed too.

Incredible to think the source of their vitriol is a couple of silly banners. Pathetic really.

We laughed at them. We showed up their Everyone's Second Favourite Club claim and they still can't grasp it wasn't just us - everyone would have laughed at them.

I'm surprised they haven't found another set of fans to vent their outrage on in an attempt to deflect from the fact that they have been relegated again.

Unfortunately their failure to beat our worst team in living memory was the final nail in their coffin again.

Imagine getting relegated because you were too shit to beat us last season, on top of Alan Shearer's finest hour in football.

They'll still be bitching about us in 2116 intergalactic cup qualifiers.

It's brilliant when a big club gets relegated. When it's a club whose supporters take themselves so seriously it's also very funny. We had the privilege of sending them down all those years ago, but wherever they'd played that game they'd have been laughed at. They seem to think they should have been treated with some reverence - did they really expect us to weep for their plight?

The fact that their fans came here last season in the hope of paying us back, and then saw our dreadful team effectively send them down for a second time...well, what's not funny about that? That's hilarious. I can understand them being upset, even at our lowest ebb we've shown them up, but rather than posting bitter messages on Twitter their fans ought to spend a bit of time getting over themselves.

I didn't get that feeling personally, last season, when we were relegated.

Dunno if this has been posted elsewhere but as hinted at above, it seems that they really are "The Bitters" Mk II:
