I think Newcastle will win their two remaining matches, not sure Sunderland will get seven points from their three remaining games.

Haven't you got some Geordie mates Chris?

I might have mentioned them once but I think I got away with it.

So it seems the last protest of the season is the release of 2000 balloons and 74 beach balls on the 74th minute. Just read on Twitter a lot of fans are planning on taking their own beach balls, inflatables etc and going out with a big party.

A beach ball, Gestede might be able to control one of those.

Charlton have done something similar a couple of times this season and it's pretty effective. Shame Charlton have been relegated, always a nice away game to go to. Plenty of nice pubs in Greenwich

74 minutes does sound a long time to go without a release..

I find going to a new ground a little bit like opening a pack of panini stickers or sifting through someone's 200 swaps and finding one of the few left that you want. The season Narrrrccchhh came up I went with a Canary mate to Charlton for the firs time. Shame they've gone as a return trip would've been ace. Also memorable for my worsening mood through the night as we were away at hull same day. My mood brightened within 12 hours, however.

Only if someone sticks a knife in it first.  Watching Rudy in action is rather like watching a great dane playing with a balloon.

Leighton, late of this parish, is in the Mail talking about his banners from 2009.

I shall resist linking to it.
