Could be interesting at Trent Bridge, i haven't watched any of it so far as concentrating on Tennis
Lancs now 261/6 a lead of only 63. Need to bag last 4 very quickly.
As Chris said Yorks struggling now 140/6....31 behind still.

Yorks now 147/8 still 24 behind

Lancs 267/6 lead of 69

So assuming a Middx win and a draw at Trent Bridge Middx will go top 1 point ahead of Bears and Lancs who will be level
on 117 points

Lancs    9    117
Durham 8    107

Suddenly looking quite promising. The title race looks like going to the wire this year.

Yorkshire 3 defeats in 3 years every one of them to Middlesex, first at home.

That's a proper bogey side. Still fancy Yorkshire to win it, but who knows? If Bell and Trott play to their potential for the rest of the season we could be a serious threat.

Lost to Modflesex after we'd won the title last season, our first defeat since losing to Midflesex the previous season! Pointless T20 cost us badly this week.

It's not pointless just because you don't like it! Lots of people, myself included, enjoy all three formats.

Don't get me wrong, I'd rather win the Championship once than win three Twenty20 Cups in a row, but I still enjoy watching us in that competition.

Dave C, and any other H&Vers, me and our kid are considering the Bears Pears 50 over game on 24th July, if the weather is decent, if you fancy joining us.

An error in my table above ...Notts have played 10

In terms of conversation above i'm with CD i'm not the greatest fan of T20 but it's with us to stay so i fully support it
and whilst Bears continue to include in the price of membership i will avidly continue to watch along with 50 over and
championship cricket.
I unfortunately won't be around for Pears game as in France for friendly.
At New Rd Pears require 56 more in 9.4 overs. Clarke 110*
