Not claiming this one at all as it comes from a very reputable member of this parish, but Under Armour is being rumoured to be the kit supplier for next season replacing Macron. If indeed this is confirmed they are an excellent brand with some of the world's top athletes promoting their products.

Whereas New Balance have had an excellent reputation amongst the running community for almost as long as I can remember.  The difference, I guess, between being fit for a specific purpose and being the tribal badge of fashion-conscious teenagers. 

Neither is their footwear particularly cheap.

Under Armour do the Spurs kit. Awful design.

They are certainly now a big name but their quality is average and it's hideously overpriced IMO.
