That's fine but it's not like Under Armour is Primark is it?

They are certainly now a big name but their quality is average and it's hideously overpriced IMO.

So like every brand then? Do you remember the fiasco that was Nike when we had them and the tat they produced at the end of that deal?

I thought i'd look at the spuds website as they have Under Armour and it does look good but it is bloody expensive, they have the tight sizes too so if you're carrying an extra bit of lumber that could throw you off too. FWIW I would go with Umbro as i'm a traditionalist!

Give me New Balance footwear over Nike any day. Says the bloke with 5 pairs (winky thing)

True. Throw in Saucony too.

Yes it was crap.  Personally, I've always wanted either Umbro or Adidas but it seems they're the only two decent kit manufacturers and the 2 that we never seem to go with these days.

After 4 years of this Macron tat, I'd welcome back Henson with open arms.

I don't buy replica shirts (on account of being a grown man in my 40s, as it happens) but I think the Macron shirts have been shit ugly.

They reek of the lower leagues.

Correct. This is because they only get gigs with pub teams. Like us.

Are you sure it's Under Armor and not Under Taker ?

Oh, and I'm a Merrell zero drop fan.

Andy Murray wears Under Armour kit. They're a growing brand worldwide.

Great, we'll fit in to the dour ambassadors basket for them then!!  ;-)

Don't know if its because I'm a golf fan, or if its been pushed out more generally, but first thing I think of associated with Under Armour is Jordan Speith.

On a US holiday in the summer I noted that Under Armour had shops in most of the malls we visited and seemed to have a visibility second only to Nike there.

I'm another one who isn't arsed either way but I think calling them second rate isn't quite accurate, at least in the American market.
