I can't help but doubt that losing to Wycombe will do wonders for our confidence and self belief in staying up.

Remi has played in the premier so he knows what the cup means Don't know how seriously he will take it but he will at least know how important it is to fans

The cup run did us a power of good last year being humiliated by Arsenal - it made us a laughing stock in the most one-sided final in years. I have watched Villa for over 50 years and that was one of the most humiliating games I have ever endured. Forget the Cup this year, it is very very unimportant to the future of Aston Villa Football Club
