This is on Farrell, sticking with Porter, Beirne, Conan and Aki after the 2nd test was accepting mediocrity and blatant favouritism for his Irish players.

True, but the pattern of play was exactly the same as the previous game but with Australia doing a better job of controlling territory.

Awful performance from the Lions, never in it, a fair few looked like they couldn't give a shit or were exhausted. The decision to largely stick with the team from the 2nd test was a shocker and cost us the chance of a whitewash.

Let’s face it, had the Lions toured SA or NZ they’d have been destroyed.

Yep, that's why I'm so frustrated that this will all be ignored because we won the series and they'll probably give the job to Farrell again next time.

It was a shit show, the selection was wrong as paul e said, then the subs made bo sense.
Itoje going off d
I could not understand why they came out several minutes before the Lions to warm up . We needed to hit the ground running.
Itoje going off meant we lost 2 line outs in a row.
It felt like he squeezed his son into the game .
The Lions crowd were very flat, it felt like a game too many.

Well Itoje and Ryan failed HIAs. That’s not a tactical thing.

If Nic White had played all three tests and Skelton/Valentini had been fit throughout, the Lions might have lost this series as well.

I agree with the idea, expressed elsewhere, that out of the six halves of rugby played in the series, the Lions lost four of them, in terms of dominance.
