I would start Adama, Ayew and Grealish too. One each side, Gestede down the middle Grealish in behind him with Gana and Sanchez holding midfield. Nothing to lose really, and we might as well die trying
Personally I wouldn't be starting two players that are just back from a fair spell out injured.
