I think he will be sold, fit or not, on an "as seen" basis as they say at the car auctions.  I suspect Remi Garde does not really like him for whatever reason and (sob) we shall not see him in a Villa shirt again. Garde will play the percentages with journeyman players and aim for the play offs.

I think when we go down you'll have the Everton's, spuds and plops sniffing around and his agent will be engineering a move, we'll probably get back the £7m but we'll most likely sell him to get those huge wages off the books.

I reckon he'd murder the Championship teams. For one season with the parachute payments we should be able to sustain wages, and I still severely doubt we're paying him that much.
