Garde said today he is good one on one but still has a lot to learn about team play.

Definitely. Garde seems to know what he's doing, it makes a nice change to have faith in our manager.

which is true. i don't think i've ever seen him run into space to receive a pass yet. he seems to prefer the Barca stand still and wait for it method.

I agree that he lacks movement but to suggest that this is a trait of Barcelona is bonkers.
I appreciate that was not the crux of your point but seriously, Barca players lack movement off the ball?

Surely you've got to give this guy a run over the xmas period?

I dunno it seems obvious to me....a very raw player but someone who can run at defences, create space and generally excite people at least.

My thoughts exactly

Is scott sinclair playing, or likely to play, any better?

Scott Sinclair is a multi millionaire, what do you think?

He's the only player that is any way exciting at the club. Even Grealish has lost his belief. He's not afraid to have a go and even if he does have to work on other aspects of his game I would much rather see him play than a number of other players. Add Gil to the list too.

I can see why he doesn't start, purely as he needs to learn the game more, but we've got to give him half an hour or so each week.

Bringing him on so late was ridiculous.

Well let him justify it then as the other regular starters are getting nowhere near their pay packet apart from Ayew.

Interesting Facebook post - not sure if it's a genuine account but he said (to paraphrase) 'shame we lost, sure we'll do better next time, but look how fucking good I am!' before posting a video of the run he went on.

If it is a genuine account it shows you exactly what's important to him!

So who do you think the one paced Mertersucker would want to play against?
Ruddy the Donkey or
Adama?

Christian Benteke was the best Villa centre forward I have ever seen. Rudy Gestede is pushing for being the worst. He really is rubbish.
