I like him but for me he holds onto the ball for far too long. Also he isn't keen on tracking back after he loses it.

He's got the pace and skill to possibly pull it off.
I agree with the posters above. He has power and skill. Play him upfront with Ayew. Richards at right back and Sinclair just behind the two main strikers. Absolutely anything is worth a go before the window opens again.
