Balague's criticism amounts to 'not good enough for Barcelona'. Which is pretty faint criticism if you ask me.
And he speaks French too (as well as Spanish).

For the first three years there is a specified price in place at which they can buy him. If they choose not to exercise it, then for the following two years (and presumably any subsequent contract he signs with us) if we choose to sell him then they have first refusal to buy him - presumably at whatever value we put on him.So it's really only an issue at the point that the set price expires - if the price is say, £10m and he is worth more than that then they might as well exercise it and sell him on to somebody else.

I've been banging on like a mad man for years about the lack of movement off the ball and lack of imagination in our squad, well that has well and truly been addressed this summer and its rather bloody delightful. Gueye. Veretout. Adama. Gil. Grealish. Ayew/Gestede. That midfield and front line has more movement than Spaghetti Junction, add Amavi and Bacuna bombing forward from full back and its all rather exciting, granted the tracking back would be none existant but we'll deal with that when we come to it.

I dont think so. Adama can deal with the scintillating wing play and Hutton can deal with the defensive work. He is far better than Bacuna in that facet of the game.

To quote The Pointer Sisters, I'm so excited.
Quote from: dean saunders left boot on August 14, 2015, 11:19:51 AMJust so no one panics, he has stretched the shirt in the traditional new signing manner. So it's official. Now, that's a proper fucking shirt stretching. Well played young man. What we need is one of those Che Guevara Viva La Revolucion t-shirts made up with Sherwood's mug on it. Because that is exactly what this is. The dead club we all knew in February in a few short months has been smashed to pieces, burnt to the ground and is starting to be rebuilt.

It's refreshing is'nt it? We've gone from playing a centre forward from Chesterfield out on the wing to signing up and coming talent from Barcelona. If he's a good as he looks and all these players gel, we're in for an exciting few season's.
