It's a joke. He doesn't really hate black people, he's reacting to the suggestion it was casual racism by playing up to the suggestion.

He's a well known poster on here, who everyone knows is entirely un-racist.

I can understand how a casual user might not understand this context, though.

Unless Shaw has improved massively as a defender in the last few months I'd love to see someone with this level of skill running at him for the last 20-25 minutes.

He's certainly fatter than he used to be, so in that sense he'll be harder to get past.
