Kozak is not Van Basten, mates.
Come on Villa!

Creative options a bit thin if our Francophile struggle,  just an ageing Cole on the bench. Hopefully Jack and Jil are back sharpish.

Maybe Kozak's picked up a knock seeing as he's not even in the squad? Gestede excepted, it's a pretty uninspiring bench.

Just have to batter them with our first team.

With Jack and Gil both out, we're a bit short of flair options to put on the bench

Did they both go up the hill to get a pail of water?

Who cares about the result after this comment!!

Let's hope our new players and one or two others like Sinclair and Clark feel they have something to prove. It would be good to see a real Esprit De Corps

UKR pipped TV in setting up a match thread by a few seconds, so have merged into that one.

There's definitely goals in that team; I'm just not sure at which end.

Yep, but it beats knowing there are no goals in the team and knowing at which end.

Merge with Mr Sox's thread please Dave when you get a moment.

You meant knowing there are goals in the team and knowing at which end I think TV!

Ideally, Bournemouth will start OTT hammer and tongs and Villa will go 3 up within 30 minutes with counter attacking pace.

Looking forward to seeing the new players in action.

Gabby? Why?
Experience. He's got some.

I was referring to our profligacy in front of goal last season Richard, where we knew for the best part of a season there wasn't a goal coming from our forwards however long we played.
