When you look closer at his poor positioning and mistakes, it's as though he's doing it on purpose.

Nah. He's just an incurable ball watcher. Twin that with a massive ego, and he'll be constantly drawn into the wrong position, and he'll still think he's doing the right thing.

I can't remember who was playing inside him at centre back for Man City when they won the league with him at right back, but either Richards showed a positional discipline that he simply can't be arsed to think about reproducing for us, or there was someone almost McGrathesque at right centre back,

He's a player with physical ability, but a poor understanding of the game which is why his career is as it is. Will never make it in the big league, and his ego kills any other sense of ability he has. Poor signing and its really hurting us

Was talking to a colleague today who is a Man City fan, he said Richards got too big for his boots there in his second season, wouldn't follow instructions, wandered off around the pitch and was an arrogant twat. He laughed out loud at the £5m valuation and noted very quickly that the source would be Richards himself.

Richards the one talking to the papers? Yup, makes total sense after some of the inane babble he's spouted this season, including offering out super Mario etc.  They get this stuff from somewhere. I think I recall Garde saying they had a mole at BUM didn't he?

I think it has universal acceptance that a cattle prod is the ideal answer to Richards and Agbonlahor's lassitude.

A Sabre Tooth Tiger may perhaps encourage some movement but after what I witnessed last Saturday (and indeed for most of this season) I suspect most betting shops would still only offer relatively small odds.

"Long hard season" is he having a laugh?
Watching Richards attempt to play cb or rb  is pure slapstck. All that's missing is a painted face!
The sooner this "clown" is relieved of our club's colours and captaincy the better!!!!
