A fully committed Micah Richards is worth £5M. He was terrific at Man City. But the the whole culture at Villa from top to bottom is a shambles and breeds a couldn't care less attitude amongst many of the players.

He was never anything but a typical bang average English player with a reputation that far exceeded his ability.

He gave up the game pretty much when Zabaleta took his place at City in 2011/12. Look at his pathetic playing record since. The come and get me plea via the Torygraph this week sums up this delusional moron.

he is poor signing and think he is worse signing of the season in premier league. Is there any evidence he is a Villa fan. As we don't seem to have good luck with them especially with him, Agbonlahor or Collymore. But they can't all be like Sir Ian Taylor.

Richards was born in Birmingham, but I don't think he was raised here - no evidence of him being a Villa fan.

Lescott supposedly is.

I always discounted him as a Villa fan especially after the sweary post match interview he did when he scored against us for Man City.  I thought after that there were stories of him being a nose.

I was born in Birmingham but I grew up in Leeds and, although I liked Leeds United, I supported Arsenal as well because of Ian Wright.

But what about Richards PWS?

Seriously though, we should have taken the money when Sunderland came in on deadline day.

My list of "outs" for this summer is huge!

It's very rare for me to dislike players when they are with us. Him and Gabby are two that I am beginning to hate being here.
Players like Bacuna, Westwood, even Bowery type players, I may want them to leave the club but I don't dislike them. It's not their fault they aren't good enough or keep getting picked.

Richards was too busy giving the Man City players a hand up off the floor to bother with defending properly. We let in four cheap goals. The volleyed effort for Aguero's goal was a nice move and finish but Hutton and Richards were diabolical in that move. I hope Richards was embarrassed with his performance, doubt it though. I also wonder if it's him releasing bits of info to the press?

Useless again today , why he Garde Playing him ?

He is a utter liability he must be involved in 90% of the goals we concede with his useless positioning. He isn't a CB by a long shot being quick and strong isn't enough but at the same time he is not much better at RB where his lack of ability on ball makes him a passenger.

5mil I'd snap the hands off anyone offering that

The 5 Million clause is based on a figure at which we must let him go I would venture, hard as that may to believe.

We will let him go for considerably less to a club for whom he may fulfill a role, as long as the role does not having any defensive discipline or a a longer attention span than a cocker spaniel with a lackadaisical owner when there are rabbits about.

He was a signing I really thought would make a difference, he's made a difference alright, he's turned our crap defence into a really crap defence.

He was at fault for every goal today, all four of them.
