We have got wind that Arsenal will have a surfer flag. Since Villa will not bring a surfer this time, as supporters we want to create a surfer flag that will go head-to-head with Arsenal's, before the club's planned scarf display happens.

I hate the design as much as the next man.  But in fairness I think he means the original album artwork is iconic.  Which of course is.

Another idea was we take a load of inflatable European Cups as "Wembley Banter" to the Arsenal fans. Don't have an inflatable European Cup? Well MOMS sell them, which is convenient. Or maybe i'm just getting cynical in my old age!

I'm surprised we didn't do another mosaic, the one at the semi was very impressive and effective. A number of non Villa I know commented on how good it looked.

I just wish it didn't have a reference to the opposition - now there will be two giant flags going around the stadium with "Arsenal" on it.   Surely it would only take a couple of minutes to reword that bit of the design.  Indeed, I just can't stomach how the flag refers to the opposition as "The" Arsenal.  There's only one "The" in football and that's "The Villa"!

In my family all the Midlands teams are prefaced by the definite article - The Villa, The Albion, the Wolves, even the Blues.
