On the way back there was a Spurs fan moaning that they wouldn't win the Premier Legaue this season. They haven't won a title since colour television and they actually had a fan moaning about this, without a hint of irony.

Tottenham are priceless.

Have just watched MOTD. Sanchez's second yellow seemed a bit harsh; what was his first one like? Was he committing a lot of fouls?

First one was shite, the little battler Mason went down as if he had been pole axed, and the ref came over with five fingers up as if the lad had done five fouls. Apparently it was his third from someone quoting BBC, I didn't notice he had done much.

Spurs really are the ultimate in "all fart, no shit"

All that noise about them as if they're some kind of colossus when they have a record which looks a bit piss poor next to the likes of Albion.

Good mate of mine at work who is a Spud season ticket holder said all players on pitch were shit. He has not responded to the performances of the likes of Vlaar, Baker, Cleverley, Delph (how the feck he get to play for England blah blah) and Benteke (he is shit, Kane is so much better). Happy days

Well apart from more titles, FA Cups, League Cups and European trophies than the Albion *wink*

They are still tossers mind. I can't remember them ever making a serious title challenge in my time, even Norwich have had one or two.

Our poor record against Spurs r entity is a good measure of "how far we have fallen", as for most of the past 20 years we have done them at home, while thyve finished somewhere unimpressive such as 13th. A good time to have set the record straight.

Sanchez was reckless, but Probert the fuckwit should've given a free kick for the challenge on Cole who was clearly fouled from behind.

Just rewatching. I had forgotten the bit where Ron Vlaar beat "Donkey" Kane for pace early on. Very good :)

Well quite. We used to beat irrelevant teams like Spurs with ease at one time and didn't bat an eyelid in doing so. You just expected it

Yes, what's the abysmal treatment of a European Cup-winning manager compared to that?

Sheesh, not a pass then, how about a large tick in the 'Redeeming Features' column?
