My longest thread for our shortest reigning manager.

Thanks for the FA Cup run, and most of last April, a brief moment of light in a miserable 5-6 years.

Even though he obviously had to go, I'm still a little gutted that he couldn't make a go of it.

Didnt want him when he came , impressed by his golden patch, worried by his end of season collapse, appalled by this season, glad he is gone. Bye Tim, good luck in the future.

Time to break the bank and get high quaility Randy. No more settling, "short list of one" or taking the easy option bollocks. Sit down with the highest quality candidates double their salary, guarantee them a very large transfer budget and pick the best.

Congratulations, you fucking idiots, you've added another embarrassing entry to your list of shit appointments.

We really have given up.

 :P

Nice new manager bounce for 5 or 6 matches followed by a descent to the shitness of before, an embarassing cup final appearance, and a truly awful ten matches this season.

The semi final was a great day, mind.

I'm hoping it is the last shit one. But I said that after Houllier and they managed to far exceed  him.

Dear Tim

The cheerio message should have been along the lines of:

Thanks for pulling us out of the shit last season.
Sorry you proved us doubters right by dropping us right in the shit this season.

As it is
If there's a next time for you, try not to talk such utter bullshit and actually take responsibility for your dropped bollocks instead of saying you do then immediately blaming someone else in the next sentence, because you've managed the impressive feat of looking more incompetent than Turner and McNeill together, whilst being at least as poisonous and self serving as DO'L.
Oh well, thanks for the 5 wins that kept us up and the semi final.

Just found out the news, Goodbye Tim.

Sherwood’s League record as manager:
P23 W6 D2 L15 F28 A40 Pts20 = 0.87pts per game

How Sherwood compares:

Let's not worry too much about Sherwood, I'm sure he'll soon find a new job. He's already second favourite, narrowly behind ex-Leyton Orient boss Martin Ling for the Swindon job.

Performance Analyst gone as well.Brady was it? Lineker said its insane.Yorke says he wants the job! Christ!

To be fair it was felt his weekly reports analysing our performances as 'shit' were not utilising him fully.

Ron Saunders only 1.17 points per game? Are these figures adjusted for the fact that the league changed from two to three points for a win?

Personally I feel sorry for sherwood , he did well last season and was always tough when our best players leave and weren't properly replaced.
I just hope he doesn't slag the club down now in the press.
