We've finally got some width in the team which is what we've been crying out for. If the goals don't start going in now we're fucked, but I think they will. The next 6 games will make or break us.

There's more to come from Sinclair too. I really hope Lambert shows the balls to go with two wise men. But Gil is simply a lovely player. A brilliant pick up for very little.

Paul McGrath went with three.

This thread freaks me out. When viewed from the main directory it shortens to:

"Re: Carles Gil - now off"

Which makes my heart skip a beat every time :)

Some of those crosses today were begging for Benteke, but I dont actually blame Lambert for once for leaving him out, he has been awful with his attitude. Lets hope it gives him a kick up the derierre, but doubtful form his performance when he appeared

Excellent player, but I'm so fucked off with everything else that I can't really appreciate just how good the kid is.

If that makes any sense?

Because we've been so lacking that kind of player I appreciate him even more. In fact I love him. I'd marry him if he asked me. But he won't. The bastard.

I love how much he actually wants the ball.  He'll run to the halfway line to take it, and unlike the rest of the stagnant midfield, will turn and look to attack.  It's exciting to watch.

Despite losing, I thought we played well yesterday.. and it was quite fun to watch, which hasn't been the case quite often this season.

It is Valentines Day next week, the day of the year when you can ask him!

Pity Kozak is injured as he would thrive on the service, maybe that's why they tried to sign Lambert?
Benteke should be perfect but when he came on yesterday he was awful.
