Transfermarkt suggests he's managed one goal and a couple of assists per season so far, in his home country

That's the first thing I read about him and wasn't too enthused. Then I read a Valencia msg board and they rate him.

Yeah we should be patient with him. As long as by the end of the season he has 10 goals and 20 assists, i'll give him time to settle.

Valencia's manager "Nuno" Herlander Simões Espírito Santo seems to rate him as well, judging by his comments.
