There is an apparent hitch over agents fees and there will be no press conference today.

Hopefully he will still sign, but its not looking likely he will be available for the Liverpool game. I am sure Lambert can fill the creative gap though with plenty of defensive holding players.

Reading between the lines, it seems we are reluctant  at the agents fee request.  We desperatly need to strengthen the squad, so why are we mucking about?

Transfers hit snags all the time, especially when buying from abroad. People were posting things like 'Typical Villa' when the Sanchez transfer took a little while longer than expected.

Villa's big fan Pat Murphy  is on the BBC web site saying there's a prpblem over the agent's fee. Shouldn't the Villa's negotiators have agreed these out in advance, not at the last minute.
