I can't think of a manager who has done more to get sacked.
In his 2.5 years here, he's had at least four or five runs of results that would get pretty much every other manager in the league sacked, yet he survives.
Summary of Lamberts interview just.We had a lot of the ball...Work hard in trainingWe're mixing it upThe long ball game is not for meWe have to do better as a team (you think?)He has said this at least four timesGoing to work hard in training
There's four reasons why I don't think he will be sacked at least now.1. The owner thinks he's doing what is required.2. There would need to be a period of temporary charge - with no coaches wtf would that be?3. The next three games are really tough so confidence could go anyway with a new bloke coming in now.4. Even if there is someone out there suitably qualified and I'm struggling to think who that is then they won't work under Lerners corner shop spending regime. We can't even match a 2.5m fee for Sinclair.

To paraphrase a famous football managers comments on another team;If Aston Villa were playing at the bottom of my Garden I'd draw the curtains. We are a joke.Leicester were missing about 5 first choice players today weren't they?
