Embarrassing performance. So cold too.

Please, Lambert, just fuck off.

Attendance announced as circa 21500?
Looked more like 14000 to me

Hard to tell for sure when you're in it but seemed plenty in the Holte Lower. Lower North looked full and middle of Trinity was reasonable. No idea about the Upper Holte, Witton Lane was emptiest. 21K seemed about right to me.

Looking on the bright side:

We quite clearly ruined Pat Murphy's afternoon by the sound of it.

Hmm I love to see that twat moan when we win. Soo good its like an extra goal :)

I was lower Holte and I guessed 20k at kick off.

As for the game, like people have said, turgid, laboured, etc etc etc

Cheer up you miserable gits. We won.  :)

You're not wrong. It could have gone worse, as it often has under Lambert in the cup. Not much to be inspired about though, sadly. The lack of creativity is stifling.

Thats more like it!

Anyhow you are right about the creativity, hopefully it underlines yet again what must be done this transfer window.

Knowing Lambert he'll sign a left back, another center-halve then loan in a has-been striker on the 31st.

One beacon of quality in a sea of utter, utter dross. Even in the cup Lambert plays for a 0-0 draw. 60 minutes to get a shot on target against the team bottom of the Championship. The calls for him to go are rightly growing

This group of players and the club as a whole are being shackled by Lambert and Lerners personal plans. Lerner to get out with as much £ for as little effort now as he can and Lamebert to walk away with reputation in tact and a pay off.

Is there any point in mentioning the only positive in that we have conceded in ages?
Yes that is worth mentioning as in the past Milwall, Bradford, Sheff Utd our defence would have lost this match.

Would anyone else be able to supply an alternate link to the goal please.  This one tells me it's not available in my territory.

Right figure. Upper Holte had more than Lower Holte.

A win. A painful win. A win, nonetheless. Next round it is. It is our year, definitely.

Lots of average / poor performances indivually. Very little going forward but defence overall was competent

Westwood wss played too deep even as a sweeper. And why oh why do we still bring everyoneback for corners.

There's theory that it's easier to counter attack when everyone's back and facing goal.

And that it limits space in the box for oppos to get a shot off.

Yes, the more congested the better.

Sounded pretty horrendous, but at least we won albeit against a shambles of a side.

I was north lower and yes it was quite packed in there (due to £10 seats I guess)
Highlight of the day was the Holtes loud and clear rendition of "we want lambert out" on about 80 mins.
And "we only want one goal".
