Had the always interesting experience of being in the ticket office just now. 31 tix left for Saturday.

To sell 31 short of 4,000 the way we're playing is tremendous.

Absolutely, but I think as a club we are blessed with supporters who like drinking large quantities of alcohol in different towns every fortnight or so. I'm one of them. It also helps the game experience, these days, watching through a booze haze. I did enjoy Liverpool, we're due another so Come on Villa!

Agree, games like this are wonderful days out , it's about 8pm Sunday night it catches up with you. If we've won it's all worthwhile and you can savour it again on motd2 . If not, well let's not discuss that.

Cannot see any sacking until we are bottom of the table and approx 5 points adrift, so January .

It's a game with two sides with crap attack, and occasionally suspect defence. It's gonna go either 0-0 or be surprisingly high scoring I reckon.
I'm hoping for a game like West Brom last season.

I won't start making too many plans on what to spend the money on that being said! ha ha.

On paper it screams 0-0. Which IMHO is exactly why it will be the exact opposite .

First ever visit to Burnley for me. Can anyone recommend any decent pubs for away fans that are safe, and within walking distance of the ground? Thanks!

Andy Lochhead with two first half goals for Burnley, is then transferred to us during the half time break and scores a hat trick for us.
3-2 win !

The great man will no doubt be there working in hospitality for them. Give him the Andy Lochhead chant those who are going. You never know he might come out and give you a wave!
