McGinley needs to get his act together like Faldo and recuit DJ Spooney to improve morale

Poulter and Gallacher are really struggling.

Gallacher dragging Poulter down to his level
Poulter may as well play them on his own

Gallacher stated pre-match that it was a lifetime ambition to be there..........wrong....it should be a lifetime ambition to be there and to win

Great from Rose and Henson, terrible from Gallacher and Poulter and a poor half from Kaymer and Bjorn.

Only watching the score updates at work but looks like McIlroy and Garcia have turned it around.

A lot of work for McIlroy and Garcia not to be going into the last 1 down now.

Really poor from McIlroy and Garcia. Both need to massively up their game.

1.5 - 2.5 to USA

Gonna be close, even the match ups in foursomes could go anyway. None of them could play the slowness of the greens this morning and Lee W does exactly the same on the first.

Not sure about the football type chanting at the first tee.

I was listening to the build up at 06:30 this morning and it sounded like half the crowd was pissed already.

One of the commentators made reference to 'champagne breakfasts' and whisky.

5-3, I'll take it.  Could have been better, we let a couple slip away this morning.  However, McIlroy and Garcia were hitting anything but the fairway with their drives, so they did well to get a half.
