1-0 Villa. A slog and a pig of a game, but hard thought.
Delph to celebrate his England call up with a belter.

Villa 2 (Senderos 65, Grealish 88)
Hull 1 (Davies 16)

Can the OP or a Mod change the "City" in the thread title to "Tigers" please?

I almost put 'Tigers' but then I remembered that I moaned last season about people using incorrect/unflattering names for other clubs in match threads. Therefore, I stuck with the correct name.

A winnable game. Therefore it'll be a draw.

Hull fact. One of my favourite songs was written in Hull, 'Whole Wide World' by Wreckless Eric.

One of mine too, his search for a woman is like Villa's for a more productive midfielder. I'll volunteer as our Tahiti scout if it helps.

His autobiography is a good read Chris. Eric's, not sure our Tahiti scout has written his yet.

Either a 0-0 or 1-0 either way

Can't overstate how much we need to win this one.

Absolutely, the point Man United picked up today puts them only 2 points behind, crucial we pick up 3 points to avoid being dragged into the relegation battle.

Our home record is atrocious over the last 8 years, do you think if we filled the stadium Sunday and lifted the roof off the Holte it'd make the slightest bit of difference to how we perform with Lambert as manager??..

I don't think it would.
No. Why do people keep suggesting it's the fans fault.
We have a clueless , tactically inept manager and a team that cannot create or score goals.

That can go third with a win tomorrow. I'd certainly love to hear your views on the other 17 clubs because if we have the problems you claim, they really must be in trouble :)

We should win tomorrow. The only worry is that Hull have never beaten us at VP so blind squirrel  syndrome come to mind.

Hopefully we will see different tactics tomorrow. Setting us up to win a game rather than a must not lose approach.
