The only real variation from the claret shirt/blue sleeves template that I really really loved was the Muller stripes top - although I wouldn't say I hated any of the others with the exception of the NTL FA Cup Final stripes top and the pinkish NTL Gregory top. But we are Aston Villa and we wear claret shirts with blue sleeves so hopefully Macron will be faithful to this once again, their last two kits have been v traditional/retro. Blue socks too please, hate it when we wear claret socks although the one year we wore black was interesting.
I really want an updated version of the 57 kit tbh.
Can't understand how so many people can like the old, famous, Muller shirt. The dark red wasn't claret at all (assuming that claret is the current season, the 1982 and the 70's colour, correct me if I am wrong) and the blue was not the classic Villa light blue.It was the shirt of another team.
