Lambert has to go asap.
Has any club sacked a manager at half time? Could we be the first to do it please? Call him a taxi and fuck him off.

Grealish and Robinson on for the second half. The games gone. Let them play.

I feel really sorry for lambert. I really thought he was on to something

But he's finished here now. And I'm not optimistic about next season whatever happens. We've lost our best player for most of the season and we need players throughout the entire side. It's going to have to involve some loan signings and bargains as well as some six million pound plus signings
In principal he had the right ideas and talked the talk. The reality though is that he's way over his head at a club like this, and that's even before you consider the budget he's been working on.
There's just no way in hell he can stay now. Maybe if he's lucky he can go back to Norwich with his tail between his legs.

Talked the talk? If by 'the talk' you mean gibberish, then I fully agree with you.

Is Al Fayed even a real Billionaire?

If Lerner went into some kind of joint partnership that put 100 or so million into the coffers how picky can we be? Not in any way saying I want Al Fayed, but it is not our call unfortunately.

I can't think of many things which would make this club even more of a joke, but Al Fayed buying us is one of them.

I have trouble believing that Lerner would want to be associated with Al Fayed even if he did have some cash. You couldn't find two individuals as different as these.
If Lerner wanted a cash injection/partnership then I do not believe that he would undertake it with anybody but a fellow Yank. He may not be the most outgoing of people but I would imagine that he knows most of the other Big Money people in the States and would want to partner with somebody of a similar cultural and business background.
I also still have enough faith left in Lerner to believe that he would really only sell up to somebody who he thought was suitable i.e NOT Al Fayed.

There you go.

38 points.

Truly pathetic.

And that's why, without a takeover, we're fucked.

I really pray we've been sold to a benevolent owner who will plough the money in, because if the current squad, management and ownership stay in place we are buried.

It matters little who the manager is next season. The stink of Lerner would be enough to see us down.
