Every so often somebody brings up this nonsense. I'd love to know who is part of this 'inner clique' because I've been on this forum for years and I have no idea who or what it is.

I guess the first rule of the inner clique is...

TV - I'd like to think that they would be and as a mod over there, I wouldn't delete anyone's post who just so happened to disagree with my opinion.

The only posts I've deleted have been either personally attacking us, or attacking members of the mod teams of other forums or indeed, other forums. Either way, any of those posts would only inflame and serve no purpose other than to cause anger.

If I am not doing my job properly, let me know and I'll glad hand over control to someone else. At the moment, it seems like we are having to fight as much fire from within our website, as we are with other people determined to make us seem like a bunch of loons on other forums.

The reason I like this place is because irrespective of differences on personality and opinion you can be yourself and say what you need to say. Does that make you enemies on occasion, for sure. I find TBAR very fake and false and built on sand. The whole premise of loving each other because of this new found independence cannot be maintained. Especially when you consider one of the binders being their members and supposed ITK's. When those myths are shattered as ultimately they have been then new members who might have joined for that reason aren't going to hang around. What will be left are those disenchanted with other places. It forms a very unique club and one where they won't tolerate views and perspectives different from theirs. That's their achilles heel.

olly, you have some very strong views on the FA Cup, yet no mod ever deleted any one of your posts did they? Had you the same kind of views on TBAR do you think they'd have been tolerated in the same manner?

I really don't care about other forums and it's about time we stopped talking about TBAR or whoever they are. It's just an internet message board set up by some people and we don't need to question their credibility and motives. And for the record I did use speech commas to try to question reality of a clique.
