The Thompson Twins were better than A-Ha but not as good ad Alphaville.

But who was Big in Japan?

They were ace, but could have been so much more: Broudie, Johnson, Drummond, Langer, Balfe, all were associated with them, led by the wonderful Jayne...Liverpool's answer to Renate Knaup-Krotenschwanz.

Sigh

13 pages?

I'm not sure I can be arsed to read it all. Someone tell me, is it just gags from us about them or is there something worth reading? I really can't be bothered to go on to that site given the likely membership.

As a founder member of "that likely membership", may your next turd be a hedgehog. You bull's pizzle.

Oh it's all your fault then.

Nice insult though, congrats,

Nik Kershaw was great although he loses points for writing that Chesney Hawkes effort.

No Drummond, but condescending remarks don't help a matter. Bearing in mind that part of the reason the site was created was because a few were fed up with being insulted, belittled and being uninvited to present their opinions on things, I think this demonstrates it quite well.

I'm glad you liked the insult, nothing says it better than a dip into Shakespeare. :)

My point is, that the website might not be to everyones taste, but to make a remark that quite simply covers everyone (and bearing in mind there's a few on here that are on there as well), is a sweeping generalisation and a sad fact having met you several times. If you want to discuss this in a gentlemanly, polite fashion, PM me, I don't like disagreements being aired in public.

I mainly agree with the post Chris,
But in my view Drummond has always taken people at face value and certainly isn't one who has been snidey about those who have left
IMO

Been some good Villa players named Thompson and didn't Thompsons buy Doug's holiday company?

Tommy Thompson ,Garry Thompson, Alan Thompson. and Hunter S Thompson...hang on forget the last one!

Hunter S Thompson, great writer, The Rum Diary, what a great book, should I be off topic?
