The Giro d’Italia starts Saturday, who’s your favourites?

Remco has to be number 1 right? Smashed LBL
Roglic has won twice already this season and Jumbo team is dominating
Thomas is 36 and turns 37 on stage 13 of the Giro.

I’m going for Ben Healy to surprise a few of the big names and win a few stages.

Remco for me with Jay Vine as a decent long shot.  Hopefully Cav will take a sprint stage although it looks as if he will have little support from Astana.

Is that his age or the number of times he will come off his bike?

First big mountain stage on the Giro today. Should give a better idea as to who really has the best form?

Ineos must fancy their chances with Thomas and Geoghan-Hart?

The GC hasn’t taken off yet.
Only a week to go.
The weather hasn’t been kind.

Cav to retire!

One of the greatest British sportsmen ever. Not bad for a lad from a tiny village on the IOM.

Death at Ironman Hamburg with a press motorbike riding on the wrong side of the road with competitors cycling both ways. Surprisingly the Motorbike rider died in the incident although he was over 70 so might have been a heart attack after the incident.
