How come it isn't being play in April given Man. City are now out of FA cup and CL? Surely there must be a free mid week in there?

So we'll end with away games at Man. City and Spurs then, hopefully we'll be mathematically safe by then!

They have 2 other games that had to be rearranged before ours and you cant play prem league games on the same night as "non-champions" league games........

I think they're playing the Man. United game next week.

Yeah I know there's the ridiculous rule that you can't play prem games anymore on champions league night but it's not like the champions league is on every week between now and may, there will be gaps.

That said I do agree it's more likely we'll pick up a result there as they'll probably be still trying to chase down Chelsea and I reckon the pressure will get to City now.

Champs League next week, then they play Man Utd the following midweek, then the next two midweeks are CL QF nights, then they play Sunderland (Wed 16 April), then it's CL SFs on 22nd/23rd and 29th/30th. Then us the midweek after that - so no there weren't any other options.
Sunderland-Albion is also on Weds 7th May, which could have far more riding on it than our game!

One of the richest clubs in europe charging us £47 a ticket. Is'nt modern football great sometimes?

We're being charged £56 for an adult ticket.

That's a game I'll now be boycotting and I hope the rest of our fanbase follow suit.

Disgraceful for a game on a bank holiday Monday which has also been chosen for TV coverage.

Welcome to modern football.  Chelsea have been charging that for years.  To be fair, a good chunk of the reason Stoke only brought about 500 was the fact we charged them almost £40 for a Sunday game which was on TV.

We charged them £39. Which is cheaper any adult seat for home fans at the Britannia for any A* category game.

They get free travel as well for every game so £40 for ticket and travel really isn't bad. They brought 1600 which wasn't great considering.

Back on topic, £56 is a disgrace, does than mean Baggies are now a higher category than us at some grounds? Good and bad in equal measure if so.

They brought about 1300, which is crap considering it was free travel and how close it is to us.

And also back on topic, I reckon any away fan that pays £50+ to sit in the away end at a league game is a bit of a loon. As long as people keep paying it, clubs will keep charging it.

Or the attitude of that lad next to us at the SCG. "Charge them what they charge us".

Tickets should be capped at £30.  It's getting past a joke now. Old, tired story but my mate was at Dortmund v Borussia M last week...20 euros a ticket which included his 45 minute train journey, why can't we come close?

Man City are actually charging us more than they charged Man United, Arsenal and Barcelona.

Why? Is it the last game of the season or something?

God only knows.

Their excuse was that they're charging the home fans the same - when we pressed for answers on why the difference in price between the likes of Fulham, Villa and ourselves they never replied.

They know what you are.

 ;D

Love you, Dave.
