I think Silhill has fallen asleep again and accidentally posted that one.

One day H&V will discover just what "ILWT" means.

It's probably something that gets written on Lambert's tactics board but the players are none the wiser of what it means. It may just be the missing link that would guarantee us goals and a late top 6 push, but Lambert's mumbled explanations still do not make it any clearer and we're still looking over our shoulder and hoping to nick the odd one goal win here and there.

In Lambert We Trust.
I wish I hadn't asked now.

I think that Lambert needs to exercise him of the fear that seeped in last season and bring risk back to the game. Its quite frustrating, as now we dominate possession [which we were yesterday by a good swing until the sending off] that should give us the right sort of platform to commit players forward.

We need to have players in midfield who will hit the box and get crosses in. Part of that is tactical and another part is selection based; N’Zogbia, Weimann and Agbonlahor are the three core reasons for why we haven’t created enough.

Bacuna and Grealish are immediate options that spring to mind, while we have a transfer window to bring in a player of intelligence in the final third. A Robbie Keane type would make a significant contribution. That bit of guile and unorthodoxy to compliment the pace and power that Bacuna, Grealish and Benteke have.

The movement and awareness he showed in his couple of months with us was a different class to that of players like Gabby and Weimann.

Joe Cole in his very brief appearances has also looked a class above

True, but two, and at a push all three, of those are players Lambert will start pretty much every match.

Grealish created more in ten minutes than CNZ did in 80, yet who do you think will start the next match?

Our goal record is shit regardless of which end we are shooting at, he will sort it like he sorted the defence. We have scored goals away too if you watch match if the day.

Utv

Yes, 4 of them all season.

Contract extension, please, Randy.

What's with the 'we've scored goals away too if you watch match of the day' comment? You're not the only one who travels away you know. You really need to cut out that kind of snidey shit.

He's the bestest in the whole of the midlands.

Although I'm not quite clear on how he reconciles that with having ambitions for the club so low.

I can't believe I've not figured that out before. All the times I've skimmed through (i don't read them) his posts, I've thought 'WTF does that mean?'. I feel incredibly stupid.
