Can somebody help me with something, please? A couple of times now I've heard this 'we know what we are' bollocks, but apart from it being the worst chant in the history of organised sport, what on earth does it mean? Are these slack-jawed, drool-spattered Albion simpletons saying:We know we're a small team from a two-donkey post-industrial backwater, somewhere in Sandwell? We know we're descended from illiterate pig-farmers who failed to master the art of standing upright? We know we're not the brightest buttons on the blazer, but wim 'appy?Just what is it that they all appear to know they are? Can anybody enlighten me?
Anybody know how many tickets we were allocated/have sold?

Is Stewart Lee a Villan? Good stuff, the cantankerous, odd legend.

He mentioned somewhere that he felt alienated in his youth living in Solihull because, unlike his peers, he had no wish to beat up Aston Villa fans, or words to that effect.
